I had an excellent experience with Mac Recycle. The website clearly explained requirements and what I could expect. Afterwards, the customer experience was flawless and Callum answered all questions quickly. The whole process was seamless without any hiccups. Thanks!

What an incredible service - extremely helpful, efficient, and transparent. I sent them my mum’s old Mac desktop and were able to advise why it had been slow and still managed to offer a reasonable payment (v good in fact!) for the Mac recycle. Callum was particularly helpful, communicative and friendly. I’d highly recommend them. Thank you.

What a great experience dealing with this company for the sale of an item. Good communication throughout the whole process and a fantastic box was sent through for me to send the item to them. Pick up was as promised and the item arrived with Mac Recycle within 20 hrs of collection. I had to call only once to sort an issue but a few hours later the money had been paid into my bank account, the actual same amount I’d been quoted at the outset. Luckily I had entered all the correct technical information. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone in future. A huge thank you 😁

All very simple - easy website navigation with clear instructions.
All very quick - from initial enquiry to money in bank took 5 days.
All very efficient - packing box supplied as expected; pick-up on time; query about my mac’s spec turned around within minutes.
Plus a couple of trees planted in Kenya.
I’m happy!

Brilliant company to deal with. Fast communication, quick payment, and I love that they plant a tree in Kenya too. I’d tried another company first and got messed around, but Mac Recycle were great from beginning to end. I’ll definitely be back when I need to sell another Apple device.
